patient facing services. If your GP has provided you with access to
these services, then the services you are using are likely to fall
under the scope of the GPSoC Contracts. The GPSoC Contracts deal with
Our liability for breaches of obligations and standards in relation
to the services and nothing in Our end user terms or privacy policies
shall affect that liability or any other provisions set out in the
GPSoC Contracts. In the event of any conflict between the GPSoC
Contracts and Our end user terms or privacy policies, the GPSoC
Contracts shall prevail.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO

this site, you accept that this is a matter between you and your
practice, and We have absolutely no role in that appointment or in
the relationship between you and your practice other than the
provision of these facilities for making online reservations by means
of this site. You accept that We have no role in the provision of
medical advice or any involvement in the actual appointment itself.
Any liability you have for failing to attend or delay in attending
any appointment or any inability of the practice to keep to the
appointment promptly or at all is entirely a matter between you and
your practice.
VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES
You must not misuse Our site by knowingly introducing
viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is
malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain
